Returns & Refunds Policy

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order at any time before your parcel is shipped. You may also cancel your purchase within 48 hours of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing via email and return the products to us immediately at your own expense, in the same condition in which you received them. Please note: Cheese cannot be returned as it is considered unsaleable once it leaves our warehouse.

If your cancellation request meets these conditions and the products are returned properly, you will receive a full refund. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you fail to return the products, we may arrange to recover the items and charge you for the associated costs. Equally, if products are returned at our expense, we may charge you for those costs as well.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under consumer law.
