Ingredients:
- 2 large handfuls spinach leaves, roughly chopped
- A punnet of tomatoes, chopped into slices
- ½cucumber, cut into small cubes
- 1 large red onion, halved and finely sliced
- 6-8 radishes, sliced
- 2 avocados peeled and sliced (optional)
- 100g Mouse House Red Leicester Cheddar- cut into chunks
- 1 Pepper- sliced thinly into strips
Method:
- Start chopping the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and radishes on top and gently toss together with your hands. Top the salad with the avocados, Mouse House Red Leicester Cheddar and extra herbs you’d like to add
- Serve with your chosen dressing over the top- we dress the salad with a classic balsamic dressing to pair perfectly with our cheddar
